Good News:
All our packaging materials are plant based and COMPOSTABLE! Please dispose the mailers, tissue paper, sticker and hang-tags as organic waste.
Once you place your order, we will ship it out within 1 - 2 business days. It will most likely be faster, but since we are a small business we wear many hats at once, and it might take us up to 2 business days to process the order - depending on what is happening behind the scenes.

Local Pick-up:

We offer free local pick-ups in Downtown Vancouver and Coquitlam. Please contact us and we can set up a meeting point and time that is convenient for you and us!

Domestic shipping:
via Canada Post

Due to the never ending increase in shipping costs we are not able to offer free shipping for any Canadian Orders. Please contact us if you have any questions.

USA shipments:

International shipping: 
via FedEx

All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to custom duties upon receipt. USA and International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.

Shipping fees vary per item weight and size.

We do not hold any responsibility / liability for packages once we have delivered it to the courier or the courier has picked up the item from us. Refunds or credits will not be processed for any lost or missing parcel.
