We are sure you will love your La Monarch pieces, but in case you need to return or exchange an item please do so within 15 days from the day your order arrives, just follow the next easy steps:
We offer FREE shipping for exchanges!!
- Please e-mail us at email@example.com, and tell us a little bit about your reason to exchange or return. (no items will be accepted if there was no previous communication with us)
- Once we have contacted you, you may ship the item back to us (if applicable) Our compostable mailers are re-usable, so please use it!
- The items returned MUST be in their original condition - with all tags attached, not washed, not worn, not modified nor damaged.
- Please be mindful of others, our stock quantities are very small, therefore the piece you return will eventually end up purchased by someone else. This is why before we process the refund or exchange we will inspect it and make sure it is in perfect condition. If there are any issues we will contact you and determine the best way to move forward.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Items on sale ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 4 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Exchanges or Returns
We offer FREE exchange shipping!! (for size, colour or style exchanges)
We are a small business, and unfortunately we cannot cover the cost for a refund return. Therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping from outside Canada, we will e-mail you the additional steps to take. Shipping international returns requires some additional easy steps for a smooth cross-border customs release.
